The Muster Project unveiled Beckley's Teen Court... Juveniles charged with misdemeanor crimes in Raleigh County will have their cases argued by teenage prosecuting and defense attorneys before a jury of fellow teenagers. Tony Martin serves as an officer on the Muster Project's Board of Directors.
